Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp Role)
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $35/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:

A well-established company in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time, on-site temporary assignment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and timely.

  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.

  • Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.

  • Maintain organized files and documentation to support audits and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries is a plus.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
