LHH Recruitment Solutions has formed a collaboration with a manufacturing firm based in Bristol, PA. This company is in search of a temporary accounts receivable coordinator to fill in during a medical leave, which is anticipated to last between three to six months.

Pay:$22- $24/hr.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer correspondence for accounts receivable resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution for order processing efficiency.
  • Monitor credit holds and produce receivable reports.
  • Handle banking platforms for receipt management and transaction reconciliation in JDE AR system.
  • Retrieve remittance advice and adjust accounts via customer portals.
  • Process payment deductions and coordinate dispute resolutions.
  • Support Accounts Receivable Department in analysis and audit preparation.
Collection Duties:
  • Review account aging and summarize for management.
  • Document collection activities for past due accounts.
  • Escalate uncollectible balances to management.
  • Maintain credit hold statuses.
  • Reconcile account discrepancies.

Contract/Contract-to-Hire Benefit Language
