LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager with 3 years of experience, for a full-time job in the nonprofit industry, this is a temporary opportunity located in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a consistent standard of high-quality customer service for tenants across the portfolio.
- Engage in professional and constructive dialogue with tenants to address and resolve their questions and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with tenants in accordance with the Communications Policy. Ensure tenants are well-informed about how to reach the appropriate staff members and that all necessary communications, including emergency notifications and service disruption updates, are posted in buildings as needed.
- Refer tenants to supportive services or benefit entitlement support upon request, ensuring they have access to the resources they need for their well-being and stability.
- Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to ensure the timely completion and collection of lease renewals, facilitating a smooth and efficient process for both tenants and management.
- Initiate proper follow-up with tenants who have arrears 30 days past due, utilizing phone calls and letters to address the issue and work towards resolution.
- Assign work to maintenance staff as needed, in cooperation with Building Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with management and the compliance team during operational emergencies, ensuring that all parties are informed and able to respond effectively.
- Must have 3 years of experience working in Property Management
- Must be proficient with Yardi
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Salary: $28-30/hr
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
