Job Title: Temporary Leasing Administrator
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, Onsite)
Hourly Rate: $30–$35 (commensurate with experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Leasing Administrator to support leasing operations for a low-income housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing programs and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and amendments
Maintain accurate tenant and lease records in property management systems
Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required documentation is collected
Respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms, rent payments, and maintenance requests
Track lease expirations and send timely renewal notices
Assist with rent collection and monitor delinquencies
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations
Requirements:
Must be able to work full-time onsite in Brooklyn, NY
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably in low-income or Section 8 housing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not a must
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
