Job Title: Temporary Leasing Administrator

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, Onsite)
Hourly Rate: $30–$35 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Leasing Administrator to support leasing operations for a low-income housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing programs and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and amendments

  • Maintain accurate tenant and lease records in property management systems

  • Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required documentation is collected

  • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms, rent payments, and maintenance requests

  • Track lease expirations and send timely renewal notices

  • Assist with rent collection and monitor delinquencies

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work full-time onsite in Brooklyn, NY

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably in low-income or Section 8 housing

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not a must



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
