LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a construction company located in Broomall, PA. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented AP AIA Billing coordinator to support the VP of Finance and Administration in oversight and accurate data entry for Job Costing.

Job Title: AP AIA Billing Coordinator

Location: Broomall, PA (Fully Onsite)

Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Summary: The AP AIA Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing process, including the preparation and submission of AIA (American Institute of Architects) billing documents. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of construction billing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit AIA billing documents in accordance with contract terms and company policies.

  • Review and verify accuracy of billing data and documentation.

  • Coordinate with project managers and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate billing.

  • Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and documentation.

  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams.

  • Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction billing, with a focus on AIA billing.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
