HVAC Technician

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading building services company to fill their open HVAC Technician job in Broomfield, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar HVAC role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $33.00 and $36.00 per hour, depending on your level of previous experience. You will also be eligible for this company’s benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems


• Performing tests and data analyses to ensure proper functioning of equipment


• Understanding control operation and sequence of operation for commercial HVAC systems


• Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records


• Providing excellent customer service


• Following all safety standards and procedures


• Conducting safety training, group meetings, light maintenance, and special event set up as needed


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Excellent attention to detail


• EPA Universal refrigeration license preferred


• The ability to complete tasks in a timely manner


• Knowledge of and compliance with OSHA standards and Company safety policies


• The ability to read blue prints and technical schematics as well as specification manuals

  Schedule:



• Tuesday - Saturday


• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $33.00 and $36.00
