In this role, you’ll support the team with cost reporting and tracking, cost forecasting, and operational data tracking. Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000k, commensurate with experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Managing the tracking of project budgets, including project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, and progress measurements

• Assisting with change orders and purchase orders

• Assisting with forecasting, cost analysis, and materials tracking

• Preparing data for monthly cost reviews for projects

• Additional duties as needed to respond to customer needs

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, accounting, or equivalent

· At least five years of relevant industry experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI

· Viewpoint Vista and HCSS software required

· Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
