Job Title: Executive Assistant (Front Office Duties)

Location: Bryn Mawr, PA

Job Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to handle front office duties at our educational institution in Bryn Mawr, PA. The ideal candidate will have a background in schools and education, and be ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the front office is well-organized
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in schools or educational institutions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate availability to start

Compensation:

  • Annual salary of $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience


Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
