LHH is looking for a Front Desk/Secretary in Bryn Mawr, PA. This position is a 100% onsite, and Direct Hire.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and directing calls

Performing daily clerical work in the administrative office

Tracking attendance records

Handling mail incoming/outgoing

Maintaining student records and keeping them organized

Handling calendar management

Composing emails

Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office Suites

At least 2-3 years' experience preferably working with a School

Comfortable working with students, teachers, parents, teachers, administers and community

Must have good communications both written and verbal

Must have good attention to detail



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
