LHH has partnered with a local non profit in their search for a Staff Accountant. This position will report directly to the CFO of the organization. Candidate will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll processing.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable posting and payments

  • Manage credit card transaction posting and reconciliation

  • Assist in creating and tracking the operating budget

  • Process payroll accurately and timely

  • Perform payroll-related accounting and reconciliations

  • Track employee clearances, training, time, and attendance

  • Meet all disclosure and reporting requirements

  • Assist with audit preparation and bookkeeping tasks


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, bookkeeping, and/or accounting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and conscientious

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
