LHH has partnered with a local non profit in their search for a Staff Accountant. This position will report directly to the CFO of the organization. Candidate will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll processing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts payable posting and payments
Manage credit card transaction posting and reconciliation
Assist in creating and tracking the operating budget
Process payroll accurately and timely
Perform payroll-related accounting and reconciliations
Track employee clearances, training, time, and attendance
Meet all disclosure and reporting requirements
Assist with audit preparation and bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, bookkeeping, and/or accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Detail-oriented, analytical, and conscientious
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
