About Us:
LHH is partnering with a prominent residential property management firm. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant with Yardi software experience and a strong background in managing certificates of insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice and Payment Processing: Verify, process, and manage invoices; ensure timely payments.
- Yardi Software: Utilize Yardi for accounts payable functions, including invoice entry and reporting.
- Certificate Management: Oversee certificates of insurance for vendor compliance.
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and generate reports.
- Vendor Communication: Handle inquiries and resolve payment issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in accounts payable, preferably in residential property management.
- Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with Yardi software.
- Education: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
