LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Healthcare Organization in Bucks County, PA seeking a Director of Recruitment. This role will be onsite initially and you must have strong supervisory experience within Healthcare recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of Healthcare recruiters

• Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters with a focus on healthcare roles, providing guidance and performance reviews.

• Create and implement recruitment strategies for healthcare sectors

• Work with internal teams to assess staffing needs and ensure healthcare services are fully staffed.

• Use innovative sourcing methods to find healthcare candidates, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.

• Build strong relationships with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and professional associations to maintain a healthcare talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruiting, with a focus on healthcare professionals.

• Proven success in recruiting and hiring healthcare professionals across various settings.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities and a results-driven mindset.

• Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is required.

Compensation

$135,000 - $145,000
