To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of 1-2 years high volume AP processing experience with three way matching. Responsibilities:

• Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records

• Enters data into ERP systems

• Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers

• Performs vendor data analysis to identify discrepancies

• Process credit card payments

• Reviews invoices for appropriate support documentation and approval prior to payment

• Assist with check runs

• Answers vendor inquiries

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of AP experience

• Above average verbal and written communication skills

• Capable of managing high volume workload with control, accuracy, and efficiency

• Experience working with ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Office
