Responsibilities:
  • Be the friendly voice for our customers via phone and email.
  • Assist with placing orders, answering product questions, and resolving delivery or return issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Handle off-phone tasks assigned by your manager.
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics.
  • Ensure every customer interaction ends with a smile and a solution.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work well in a team.


Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
