LHH is seeking a skilled and hands-on Project Engineer to support the full lifecycle of product development—from initial concept and design through prototyping and into production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about improving products and processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, maintenance, and quality, playing a critical role in launching new products and enhancing existing ones across multiple product lines.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with manufacturing and maintenance teams to improve processes, reduce waste and downtime, and boost overall efficiency.
Assist in managing factory automation projects and lead updates to equipment and workflows.
Create and maintain product drawings and technical documentation; help standardize and organize engineering records.
Identify and implement improvements to production layouts and methods to enhance material flow and plant performance..
Perform capacity studies and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or additions.
Continuously assess operations to find opportunities for greater efficiency and productivity.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skilled in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and components.
