We're seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.


  • Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and contract preparation.


  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in our CRM system.


  • Process customer orders and invoices.


  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.


  • Assist with sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.


  • Prepare sales reports and analyses.


  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
