We're seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and contract preparation.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in our CRM system.
Process customer orders and invoices.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Prepare sales reports and analyses.
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
