Warehouse Logistics Lead

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a global company specialized in manufacturing high performance bottle capping equipment. Our team is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager that is interested in becoming a part of our continuously growing company.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Analyze and process Item Warehouse Transfer requests, Inventory Adjustments and Cycle Counts

· Support for issues that arise in the warehouse during the logistics process, responding and resolving requests in a timely manner, with a goal of preventing the issue from occurring again in the future.

· Understanding international shipment, clearing, harmonized codes, USA entry, HBL, etc.

· Manage periodic & Year-End Physical Inventory, research and data entry as needed.

· Work with engineering to locate, develop and implement new outside manufacturing sources with an emphasis on top quality and maintaining alignment with our parent company’s manufacturing methods and MRP practices.

· Ensure part number coding and creations are per the rules of the company’s classification system.

· Update engineering created Bills of Materials to reflect “As Built” changes which occur in the manufacturing and assembly processes for production department.

· Work with Accounting approving, invoicing, payables, receivables.

· Approval of commercial parts and correct layout from our spare parts department.

· Work closely with the Customer Service Manager ensuring all shipment, parts, purchases are handled correctly.

· Understanding department and company goals, while developing measures to help prevent future issues.

· Clear drop shipments from Italy to end user.

· Add parts into software program, making sure all information is accurate.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Summary of Qualifications:

Background in ERP systems, warehouse operations, purchasing, or similar role preferred.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Associate’s Degree- preferred

Over 2 years’ experience

LOCATION

Buford, GA (On-site Mon- Fri 8-5)

SALARY

75-95K
