Patient Registration Representative – Night Shift (EPIC Experience Required)
📍 Location: Confidential Hospital Setting
🕒 Schedule: Night Shift | 5x8-Hour (7:00 PM – 3:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Are you a detail-oriented healthcare professional with a passion for patient service and a strong command of EPIC? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Registration Representative to support a leading healthcare provider during the night shift. This is a vital front-line role that ensures a seamless and compassionate experience for patients during registration and financial clearance.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families during check-in and registration.
Accurately collect and verify demographic, insurance, and financial information.
Perform insurance eligibility checks, referral and authorization verification, and patient liability estimates.
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances at the time of service.
Maintain and update patient records in EPIC and other hospital systems.
Support additional functions such as cashiering, bed management, and communications as needed.
Enhance the patient experience by providing clear, empathetic communication and guidance.
✅ Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in patient registration within a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong proficiency in EPIC is a must—please ensure this is clearly listed on your resume.
Familiarity with insurance terminology, EMTALA, and consent laws.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours and every other weekend.
