The Vendor Analyst will be focusing on mitigating vendor risks and ensuring global vendor policy compliance through effective management and system administration.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage the Vendor Request desk to ensure timely submission of forms and documents for new vendor proposals.


  • Support vendor management initiatives to optimize active vendors while maintaining operational flexibility.


  • Build relationships with managers and department heads to ensure adherence to vendor creation processes.


  • Collaborate with procurement to authorize, categorize, and track vendors.


  • Oversee periodic vendor merge/purge processes.


  • Support ERP system data integrations and document existing workflows.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Experience with ERP Software
