As a Contract Membership Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing membership data for large customer groups. This is a high-impact, detail-oriented position perfect for an inquisitive, analytical professional who thrives in data environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🧩 Manage membership lifecycle using Model N Revenue Manager

• 🗂️ Process and track master data requests in SAP iShift

• 🔍 Investigate discrepancies and dig deep into systems to find the why

• 📊 Monitor data across platforms like Revenue Manager and MicroStrategy

• 💬 Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues

• ✅ Ensure compliance with SOX, government pricing policies, and SOPs

• 🗃️ Maintain audit-ready documentation and accurate membership records

• 🤝 Support cross-functional teams in continuous process improvement

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree required

• 📈 1–3 years of experience in data management, contracts, membership, or pricing

• 💡 Strong critical thinking and investigative skills

• 🧠 Ability to work independently and take initiative on new challenges

• 💻 Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)

• 🗣️ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• 🧐 Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy

• 💥 Bonus: Strong Excel test scores
