LHH is assisting with this search for a top-notch legal assistant to help assist with achieving favorable outcomes for their clients. Join our clients’ esteemed law firm and play a crucial role in managing foreclosure cases. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Foreclosure Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in handling foreclosure matters.
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Job Type: Full-time // Direct Hire
Pay: $50,000-62,000
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all aspects of foreclosure cases, reporting directly to 1-4 attorneys.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical document collections, including property records.
Coordinate schedules and manage case calendars to ensure timely progression of cases.
Conduct legal and factual research, including cite checking.
Analyze and summarize records to assist attorneys in case preparation.
Draft and file routine court documents with precision and accuracy.
Assist with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and preparing necessary documents.
Coordinate with the Sheriff's office for property seizures and other foreclosure-related activities.
Qualifications:
3+ year’s experience as a legal assistant, particularly in foreclosure litigation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in legal research and document management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
