Operations Analyst- Data Analysis- Manufacturing

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Operations Analyst for a growing client in the Mahoning County, OH area. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for performing data and process analyses and assessments across supply chain and manufacturing processes. This role involves collecting and organizing information, identifying, and solving problems, and recommending solutions to improve the company's performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data, along with process documentation and observations, to systematically approach problem-solving.

  • Create a new understanding of an operational topic by merging information from multiple sources.

  • Load data from various sources into the company’s Reporting Data Warehouse through the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process.

  • Formulate interpretations and recommendations by analyzing data and other information.

  • Present quantitative and qualitative information in executive presentations by summarizing and visually displaying it.

  • Enable effective self-service data consumption by business stakeholders by developing reporting data models, reports, and dashboards.

  • Integrate the new information into ongoing business processes by assisting in its operationalization.

  • Address data gaps through data reconciliations and improve processes by engaging stakeholders and developing process documentation in Microsoft Visio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related 4-year program

  • Proficiency with all MS Office products, including Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and Microsoft Visio for creating and updating business process documentation

  • SQL, Data Modelling (Relational Data Models, Star Schema), MS SQL Server

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.



Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
