Project Manager- PMP Certified

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Project Manager – PMP Certified in Mahoning County, OH for a leading metal fabrication company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to their clients. Our client is committed to innovation, precision, and excellence in every project they undertake.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our metal fabrication projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project goals.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company/ customers’ requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• PMP certification is required

• 5 plus years of - Proven experience in project management within the metal fabrication industry.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
