Main Job Duties

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by contacting clients

• Process construction monthly AIA billings as directed

• Follow established procedures for processing and posting payments

• Interact with customers, superiors and internal staff to resolve outstanding issues

• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

• Work with vendors for California lien and release forms

• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records

Skills Required

• A positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management

• Sharp eye for detail

• Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts

• Self-motivated and collaborative

• Understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (Excel and Outlook)

• Sense of urgency

• Needs to know Sage, MS Office

Salary rage is $55,000-75,000
