Responsibilities:- Obtain and direct written purchase orders via email, fax, or phone
- Resolve order discrepancies through communication with customers
- Handle expedited requests and provide necessary updates to customers
- Provide information on product availability as well as pricing
- Relationship building
- Previous experience in a call center environment is required
- B2B experience strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products
- Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
- A consistent level of professionalism at all times
- Problem solving skills
- Two years of experience required
- Direct hire
- $20.00 to $24.00 an hour
- Full Time 40 Hours per week
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility with the schedule
