This direct hire position will put the Customer Service Representative in a role with a wide array of duties that are customer focused. From taking orders, to tracking the shipping process, to building a relationship with clients in an effort to increase satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and direct written purchase orders via email, fax, or phone
  • Resolve order discrepancies through communication with customers
  • Handle expedited requests and provide necessary updates to customers
  • Provide information on product availability as well as pricing
  • Relationship building
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is required
  • B2B experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
  • A consistent level of professionalism at all times
  • Problem solving skills
Experience:
  • Two years of experience required
Employment Type:
  • Direct hire
Compensation:
  • $20.00 to $24.00 an hour
Work Hours:
  • Full Time 40 Hours per week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Some flexibility with the schedule
