LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant II to join our client’s growing company in Carlsbad, CA. This is a temporary team-support role with the potential for extension.

As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide essential support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist with data entry, document processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document preparation

  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document management

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related materials

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

  • Support office operations by ordering supplies and coordinating logistics

  • Assist in special projects and other administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • College degree is required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving


Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 7:00am-4:00pm PST


Details:

  • Located in Carlsbad, San Diego

  • 6 month contract with possibility to go permanent

  • Compensation: $27.00-$35.00 per hour DOE
