Job Title: 3 Temporary Customer Service Representatives
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Duration: 3-5 Month Contract

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our client’s insurance team in Carlsbad, CA, for a 3-5 month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Assist customers with inquiries and issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns
Follow up and email coordination
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Candidate is required to live in San Diego, CA
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Monday- Friday
8:30am-5:00pm or 6:00am-2:30pm PST
