LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized Receptionist to join a manufacturing organization in Carlsbad, CA. As the first point of contact for the company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

  • Provide information and assistance to clients and staff

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

  • Friendly and professional demeanor


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Monday- Friday

  • 7:30am-4:30pm PST

Details:

  • Onsite

  • Contract-to-hire role

  • Located in Carlsbad, San Diego

  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour
