LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary Retention Specialist to join our client’s growing insurance organization in Carlsbad, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused professional who thrives in a high-volume call environment. The primary focus of this position is to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with existing customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions to ensure continued service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of retention calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Proactively reach out to customers to discuss policy renewals, benefits, and retention options

  • Identify customer concerns and work to resolve issues, ensuring satisfaction and policy retention

  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate information and addressing inquiries

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles preferred

  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus

Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Located in Carlsbad, San Diego

  • 3-6 month contract role with the possibility to go permanent

  • Compensation: $27.00 per hour
