LHH is partnering with a growing publicly traded company with exceptional projections for 2025 to hire a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and interesting projects and contribute to our client's continued success. Job Responsibilities:

• Performing month-end and year-end journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes

• Assisting in financial reporting and consolidations for multiple entities

• Performing reconciliations for various intercompany accounts

• Creating new reports and providing analysis on reports

• Providing process improvement recommendations

• Preparing documentation for external auditors

• Analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and alerting the Management if necessary

• Recommending ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• CPA candidate or license preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or similar field preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
