Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Carlsbad, CA (In-Person, Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Role Overview:
A fast-growing company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. This temporary-to-hire position is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of working well with others in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and management of the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Verify and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and items received.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage data in the system.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing lists and invoices.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in full-warehouse audits.
  • Operate supply chain management software and equipment to track and manage inventory and shipments.
  • Work closely with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support supply chain operations.

Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and supply chain management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.


Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
