LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for contract to hire in Carmel, Indiana. This role will grow with additional responsibilities as necessary.

Responsibilities:

· Accurately record data and customer invoices

· Manage inbound phone calls

· Generate weekly reports

· Resolve general inquiries and assist management as needed

Qualifications:

· Administrative experience in a professional setting

· High organization, detail oriented, and work with high accuracy to maintain records and data

· MS Office Suite proficiency

Additional Details:

· Contract to Hire

· In-Office, 8-5 daily
