Administrative Assistant
Human Resources
Human Resources Administrator:
LHH is looking for an entry level (0-1 years experience) Human Resources Administrator in Raleigh, NC who collaborates with the Human Resources team to accurately execute a variety of administrative tasks related to HR projects and initiatives. This role focuses on supporting the effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist with the preparation of bi-weekly new hire orientation.
Support the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including the creation of onboarding schedules, online onboarding processing, and the preparation of separation paperwork.
Complete HR-sponsored tasks, including but not limited to tuition and licensure reimbursements, expense reports, PDH certificates, scheduling new hire check-ins and employment separation meetings, and tracking employee development plan progression.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
Internship or 0-1+ years of prior HR experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information systems (HRIS) and similar computer applications.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
