Job Description

A growing team is seeking a reliable and organized HR Specialist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This position is responsible for helping manage the staffing process, onboarding, scheduling, and general HR administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update employee data related to staffing and pay changes in HR systems.

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for on-site interviews, including room reservations and candidate communication.

  • Assist with preparing and sending offer letters for hourly candidates.

  • Support onboarding processes, including sending welcome emails and instructions to new hires.

  • Review resumes, screen for basic qualifications, and update applicant tracking tools.

  • Prepare orientation materials such as welcome packets, benefits information, and sign-in sheets.

  • Manage internal job postings and coordinate internal candidate processes.

  • Maintain HR tracking systems with hiring and transfer data.

  • Assist with various HR reporting and data entry tasks.

  • Support administrative tasks related to employee recognition platforms.

  • Help coordinate access requests and system permissions for new hires.

  • Assist in organizing HR-related training sessions and company events.

  • Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR support experience

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and similar tools

  • Able to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment



Pay Details: $23.00 to $23.50 per hour
