Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Cash Applications Specialist to join our healthcare client in Center Square, PA. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 and involves managing key cash-related functions, including cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets management. As a Cash Applications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cash records, timely reconciliations, and proper tracking and reporting of fixed assets. You will be responsible for processing trade receipts, discounts, and adjustments, accurately posting them to client accounts in a timely manner to meet financial goals and service level agreements

In this role, you'll:

• Post and apply cash receipts with accuracy, ensuring the General Ledger (GL) is updated promptly. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash postings, maintaining precise financial records.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts, identifying and resolving variances. Maintain detailed records of reconciliations to support audit requirements.
• Oversee the management of fixed assets, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of fixed assets.

We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of cash application processes and systems, experience with Oracle Fusion AR and Cash App system is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, able to work independently and maintain quality and accuracy while completing repetitive tasks, and willing to adjust priorities to help others for the benefit of a successful month-end close.
