HR Coordinator – Chalfont, PA


LHH is proactively recruiting for a HR Coordinator, near Chalfont, PA. This position is Full time Contract to Hire(temp to possible perm). 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $25-$27/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.




Responsibilities:



  • Provides exceptional customer service to employees in a professional and timely manner by responding to HR, Payroll and information requests by researching outstanding issues.

  • Assists with employee events (planning and execution), activities and perks. Member of Employee Engagement Committee.

  • Ensures all Onboarding for New Hires is completed in a timely manner

  • Accurate and timely data entry

  • Schedule onboarding meetings

  • Send welcome emails to new hires

  • Assist with recruitment

  • Participate in career fairs





Qualifications:


1-3 years in HR


Bachelors Degree preferred


1-2 years in HR or payroll


Strong attention to detail


Experience in Icims, Ultipro, or Taleo is a plus



Employment type: Contract to Hire (Temp to possible Perm)


Salary: The anticipated pay range is $25-$27/hr.
