Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

LHH has partnered with a well-established client in Chandler, AZ, seeking to hire an experienced Accountant. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage various accounting functions, including AIA billing, revenue forecasting, and multi-state payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AIA Billing: Prepare and manage AIA billing and ensure accurate revenue recognition.

  • Revenue Forecasting: Analyze financial data and create revenue forecasts to guide business decisions.

  • Budget Management: Create and oversee the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports, including job cost reporting.

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage and monitor AR, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.

  • Payroll & HR: Handle multi-state payroll processes and collaborate with HR for accurate employee records.

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file multi-state taxes, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AIA billing and multi-state payroll.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations, including multi-state tax compliance.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
