Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

LHH is partnering with a reputable client in Chandler, AZ, seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 2 years of B2B accounts receivable and collections experience. If you have a passion for ensuring accurate billing, payments, and customer communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic accounts receivable tasks, including posting payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Handle weekly and monthly billing processes.
• Process credit card payments efficiently.
• Communicate with customers to resolve unpaid balances and provide excellent customer service.
• Reconcile invoices and accounts to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Proficiency in AR processes, including billing, posting payments, and reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
