Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist
Location: Chandler, AZ
Type: Full-Time, Long Term, In-Office
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $55k - $65k depending on experience

A well-established construction company located in Chandler, AZ with a commitment to excellence and a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Billing:
    • Generate and process invoices for construction projects.
    • Verify and reconcile project costs for accurate billing.
    • Collaborate with project managers to ensure billing accuracy.
  2. Accounts Receivable:
    • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments.
    • Work closely with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
  3. Data Entry:
    • Utilize QuickBooks for accurate and efficient data entry.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records.
  4. Reporting:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status.
    • Provide financial data and analysis as needed.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in AIA billing
  • Experience in using Textura is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and record-keeping.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
