Administrative Assistant(construction)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Chandler. This organization is in search of a full time administrative assistant to support in their installation jobs and projects. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 730am-430pm. This role will require some weekend flexibility as well. The hourly rate is between $24/hr-$28/hr.

This role involves coordinating various aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and coordinate new installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule and track progress.
  • Track and record all technicians' hours for each job, ensuring accurate billing and payroll.
  • Maintain detailed records of project milestones, changes, and financials.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and client specifications.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
  • Previous HVAC or plumbing industry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends if required.
