Job Posting: Billing Specialist

Location: Chandler, AZ
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Ensure the accurate and timely entry, review, and distribution of customer invoices.
• Account Handling: Manage multiple customer accounts with a high level of complexity, spanning one or more operating sites.
• Document Verification: Verify and reconcile all billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Invoice Adjustments: Prepare and process necessary invoice adjustments as required.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage billing data, perform analyses, and support reporting needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle complex billing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reconcile discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
