As a Junior Financial Analyst you will support the finance team by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. This role is perfect for an individual looking for an opportunity to flourish within a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes
Create and maintain detailed schedules to support balances in the ledger.
Perform data entry, verification, and backup; maintain databases.
Conduct variance analyses and provide insights for decision-making.
Analyze financial performance and develop forecast models.
Support the accounting team with monthly/quarterly company reporting.
Monitor variances, track receivables, and follow up on discrepancies.
Assist in analytics involving the P&L and Balance Sheet.
Provide ad-hoc analysis for senior management decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel (formulas, light Vlookups), and other financial software.
Familiarity with GAAP principles.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
