LHH has partnered with a great company looking for their next Takedown Lead to manage and process builder takedown requests across multiple regions. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment and enjoys balancing customer service with operational precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing & Review
Review takedown submissions to ensure they meet internal guidelines using the HSS system.
Process 80–130 takedown requests monthly, maintaining regional consistency for builder relationships.
Monitor builder timelines and ensure compliance with 5-day notice requirements.
Finalize approvals and confirmations to support timely closings.
Exception Management & Problem Resolution
Respond to builder exceptions via email and phone; escalate to Senior Takedown Lead as needed.
Coordinate with Builder Services to resolve restricted lot issues.
Partner with Finance to facilitate final project closeouts.
Maintain professional boundaries while managing builder expectations.
Builder Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned builders on takedown matters.
Provide training and technical support for HSS system users.
Build strong, professional relationships while upholding company policies.
Balance service excellence with accountability.
Post-Closing Administration
Update HSS with closing dates and transaction details.
Upload deeds and complete post-closing documentation.
Maintain accurate records for asset management and reporting.
Coordinate with escrow partners to ensure smooth closings.
Internal Collaboration
Work with Data Services on project setup and system updates.
Escalate customer issues to Builder Services when appropriate.
Operate within integrated platforms like HSS and DealPath.
Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in transaction processing, financial services, or customer-facing roles.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
Comfortable working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial and legal documents.
Proficient in database systems and workflow tools.
Ability to analyze settlement statements and identify discrepancies.
Experience following structured workflows and suggesting improvements.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
