This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in the field, particularly in the development of hotels, condos, resorts, golf courses, timeshares, mixed-use, and residential properties.
Key Requirements:
Licensing: Must be licensed to practice in South Carolina.
Experience: Extensive experience in South Carolina real estate development is essential.
Location: Preference for candidates based in Charleston, SC. If not local, candidates must be willing to travel to Charleston occasionally.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work setup preferred for Charleston-based candidates, with a few days in the office each week. Remote candidates should be close enough to travel to Charleston as needed.
Document Drafting: Proficiency in drafting real estate development documents, covenants, condominium documents, and easements is required.
