LHH is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our client in South Charlotte on a direct hire basis. This company offers a family feel environment, profit sharing program and ability to work alongside executive management.

Responsibilities:

· Variance analysis

· Budget to actual for projects

· Creating purchase orders

· Journal entries

· Presenting reports and communicating findings to executive management and project managers

· Creating reports

· Implementing processes and procedures

· Assisting with month-end

· Research and resolution

· Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

· At least 2 years of Financial Analyst experience

· Ability to create processes

· Strong Excel skills are a must (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, sum-ifs, concatenate, etc.)

· SQL is helpful

Compensation:

· The anticipated pay range for this position is between $80,000 and $85,000 depending on experience. This position comes with a bonus, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match and more.

Work site:

· Onsite; Monday - Friday
