Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Location: Uptown Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management, including handling various administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses.

  • Gather and report information relevant to the executive.

  • Respond to incoming mail and manage communications.

  • Assist with organizing in-person meetings and off-sites.

  • Manage different and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities in a responsive and personable manner.

  • Coordinate events and ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio).

  • Two or more years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous bank experience (not required).

  • No preferred education background; experience welcomed.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.74 per hour
