Administrative Assistant

LHH is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of administrative experience and can work well in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Operations and the CEO.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage corporate filing systems, including hardware and software database systems, contractor databases, and contracts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues.

  • Process, reconcile, and validate invoices and incoming mail on a daily basis.

  • Act as a notary for the corporate office.

  • Ensure smooth office operations by organizing procedures, ordering supplies, coordinating lunches, and distributing mail.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and supervisors.

  • Prepare and modify various documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system.

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

  • Maintain and update contact lists.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.

  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

  • Proficient in using office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with sound decision-making skills.



Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
