Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. This position plays a key role in supporting team operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and finalizing professional proposals and reports.
Organize, manage, and maintain digital and physical information systems.
Assemble and distribute documentation packages to stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed records, reports, and templates as directed.
Update and manage work orders and relevant documentation.
Support data management tasks, including spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Facilitate communication by answering calls, transferring inquiries, and assisting remote team members.
Ensure timely updates to client information and maintain organized records.
Distribute invoices and ensure accurate follow-up.
Perform general office tasks, such as supply ordering and correspondence management.
Support team members with data collection and organization for strategic decision-making.
Handle bookkeeping tasks, including account setup and report processing.
Provide assistance to other administrative staff as needed.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Postsecondary education preferred.
3–5 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in commonly used software and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Expectations:
Punctual and ready to contribute effectively each day.
Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism in all tasks.
Maintains confidentiality and upholds organizational standards.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
