LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. This position plays a key role in supporting team operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and finalizing professional proposals and reports.

  • Organize, manage, and maintain digital and physical information systems.

  • Assemble and distribute documentation packages to stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain detailed records, reports, and templates as directed.

  • Update and manage work orders and relevant documentation.

  • Support data management tasks, including spreadsheets and reporting tools.

  • Facilitate communication by answering calls, transferring inquiries, and assisting remote team members.

  • Ensure timely updates to client information and maintain organized records.

  • Distribute invoices and ensure accurate follow-up.

  • Perform general office tasks, such as supply ordering and correspondence management.

  • Support team members with data collection and organization for strategic decision-making.

  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including account setup and report processing.

  • Provide assistance to other administrative staff as needed.

  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in commonly used software and reporting tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Punctual and ready to contribute effectively each day.

  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism in all tasks.

  • Maintains confidentiality and upholds organizational standards.



Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
