About the Role: LHH is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Analyst to join a leading banking institution in Charlotte. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with over a year of experience in trade operations within the banking sector. If you have strong Excel skills, a passion for learning, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to address special transactions and exceptions.

  • Ensure accurate client collateral and settlement records by cross-referencing internal and external data.

  • Generate and analyze reports on client collateral and settlement status.

  • Communicate effectively with brokers, clients, exchanges, CCPs, compliance, front office, technology, and other global operations personnel.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risks and enhance the client experience.

  • Collaborate closely with Clearing, Funding, and Account Management teams to resolve exceptions.

  • Quickly escalate potential risks and exposures to management.

  • Assist with various projects or new initiatives, working alongside subject matter experts across different product areas and functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • 1+ year of experience in supporting trade operations within the financial services sector.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities.

  • A desire to learn and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
