Business Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a globally recognized client in the banking industry to recruit for a Business Analyst position. If you possess strong analytical skills and prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sectors, this opportunity might be tailor-made for you.

Compensation: $35-$38/hr Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate projects involving transformative initiatives spanning multiple business units, product lines, or operational processes.
• Demonstrate adeptness in cross-divisional collaboration, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
• Provide advanced analytical expertise to support change initiatives, contributing significantly to project design, development, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with project team members throughout all stages of initiatives and potentially oversee and assess the work of junior analysts.
• Engage in specific project segments as directed.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires 4 to 8 years of experience in change management along with a bachelor's degree.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Highly motivated, proactive, and self-starting individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to develop and execute plans autonomously.
• Must be flexible and experienced in working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
